At BEAUEYE (US), we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your RMA slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
